Do you cater/deliver to Halifax?
Absolutely! We service the province of NS and if you want us, we'll go wherever you tell us too! There are delivery/travel fees and those are based on location/travel time.
Why is your pick up location Stewiacke?
We like to make pick up as convenient as possible for our customers. That said, we have found the location of Mastodon Ridge, right off Exit 11 in Stewiacke is the most central & accessible for people coming from all directions.
Are you certified?
Very important question! YES, we are. We hold a valid food establishment permit with the province of NS and food safety certificates. If you'd like to see them, we're happy to show you. We always recommend you ask this question when purchasing food from businesses such as ours.
Do you recommend booking ahead?
Our minimum booking window is 48 hours ahead, however we can get quite busy, so we always recommend booking early to ensure we can accommodate your requests. We take bookings as far ahead as you'd like. Next year? No problem!
Do you offer private workshops?
We do!! We're happy to provide a private introductory lesson for you and your friends, or any type of networking event you may be hosting. We would provide all material needed for class, and pricing is determined on location and group size.
What about allergy & dietary restrictions?
We accommodate both allergy & dietary restrictions with all of our products. We may consult with you to get a better idea of your needs. However, it's of importance to note we are not a nut/peanut free facility and could not guarantee any cross contamination.
Can we request specific items?
Unless its for an allergy/dietary, our grazing boxes are pre-designed based on what flavour's & tastes will pair well with each other.
Our grazing tables and boards are a bit more custom and offer wider flexibility to incorporate specific requests.
Are your products local?
Short answer: not all of our supplies are. We source products from all over North America & Europe and while we love and absolutely do support shopping local where and when we can, we have many high end items that are both local and imported.
You will find a mix within our products.
