My Story

I'm Lori!

I am the founder and owner of Van & Co.

After many years in the food service industry, I was ready to explore a more creative side of myself through thoughtfully curated foods & events. This resulted in Van & Co. Catering being born in the fall of 2018, and being the first grazing company in Nova Scotia and the rest of the Atlantic Provinces.

 

Seeing the success and growth of this business has been an extremely rewarding and amazing journey and I am grateful every day that you choose us to deliver on the dreams of your appetite for your special events.

We look forward to continuing to create delicious and stylish food experiences for you.

In 2022 we took part in a creative styled elopement shoot in Somerset, Nova Scotia.

The backdrop was a stunning timber frame greenhouse set amongst a beautiful field of wildflowers, in late September.

Several curators from within the province each contributed their amazing talent to bring this dreamy vision to life.

To our delight, Today's Bride Magazine featured it in their 2023 Spring/Summer issue as well as including a full gallery of images in their online pages.
